Graphics and Logos Authorized Dealer Program (Broker/Reseller) is designed to meet the needs of anyone interested in reselling print. Successful Dealers generally include print brokers, graphic designers, creative agencies, retail printers, quick printers, and business supplies retailers.

Our extraordinarily low pricing on custom printing enables you to earn profits by reselling our products to your own clients. As a Dealer you can create, order, and arrange for drop-shipping of your client’s documents. You’ll also gain access to the Graphics and Logos Dealer web site to check on the status of your current orders, review details of previous orders, and edit previously created documents.

Graphics and Logos Authorized Dealers have the advantage of wholesale pricing, which is typically 25% or more off of Graphics and Logos already low list prices. Authorized Dealers also receive weekly promotional discounts for even greater savings. Since Graphics and Logos products are already so competitively priced, you'll also want to factor in your time for creative development and other services you provide to come up with your own Authorized Dealer retail prices. Typically, these prices may be two to three times ours.

Both Priority (7-day) and Rush (3-day) shipping options are available to Dealers, allowing you to receive products quickly.

Graphics and Logos protects your business by shipping your orders in unbranded packaging. Graphics and Logos makes no effort to directly solicit business from your clients. However, Graphics and Logos products and services are advertised through a variety of retail channels and we can make no guarantee that your clients will not discover us through these or other means.

Graphics and Logos Authorized Dealers have the freedom to set their own retail pricing for their clients. Your earnings will be based on the offline prices that you establish for your own clients, which you would generally set at fair market value.

In addition to the printing and shipping of your orders, we provide you with all the assistance that we would provide a retail customer. As a Dealer, you place your orders through our secure, fully-automated, self-service web site and then conduct your client transactions offline. You are responsible for your own client account services, including collection of payments. We do not have contact with your clients, nor do we provide self-service ordering directly to your clients through a private label site.

There is a one-time $50.00 fee to become a Graphics and Logos Authorized Dealer. There are no annual or additional fees associated with this program.

DEALER/DISTRIBUTOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions govern participation in the Graphics and Logos Dealer Program (the “Dealer Program”). By applying to be a participant in the Program, each Dealer agrees to these terms and conditions effective as of the date the Dealer enrolls in the Program (the “Effective Date”).

Graphics and Logos reserves the right to make changes these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Dealers should review these terms and conditions each time you access the Dealer Site.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS THROUGH DEALER SITE/TERMS OF USE

Dealers enrolled in the Dealer Program are eligible to purchase custom printed products and related services through the Graphics and Logos Dealer web site (“Dealer Site”). The terms of any such purchases, and the Dealers use of the Dealer Site, shall be governed by the Graphics and Logos Terms of Use posted on the Graphics and Logos web sites.

DEALER SITE OPERATION/ORDERS/PRICING

Graphics and Logos will operate and serve the Dealer Site and will be responsible for the production and delivery of products ordered on the Dealer Site. To obtain the benefits of the Dealer Program, orders must be placed by Dealers through the Dealer Site. Graphics and Logos reserves the right to make changes to the Dealer Site at any time and without notice.

Any sales, marketing, administrative or other expenses incurred by a Dealer in connection with its participation in the Dealer Program are the sole responsibility of the Dealer.

Each Dealer must place a minimum of 5 orders through the Dealer Site during the 1-month period following the Effective Date, and every month period thereafter, to remain in the Dealer Program. Should the Dealer fail to place a minimum of 5 orders during a 1-month period, the Dealer will be terminated from the Dealer Program.

Pricing information for the Dealer Program products, shipping, and optional assistance services is located on the Dealer website and is typically discounted by 25% or more on each product. Dealer Program products, services and pricing are subject to change by Graphics and Logos at any time without notice. When using the Dealer Site, it is the Dealer's responsibility to verify the Dealer Program prices then in effect. Any Graphics and Logos products not listed on the Dealer Pricing Page are not eligible for purchase under the Dealer Program.

Payment for all items ordered through the Dealer Site must be paid via credit or debit card on-line at the time each order is placed.

Dealers may set their retail/resale prices at their discretion. Dealers are solely responsible for collecting payments from their customers.

Dealer’s use of the Dealer Site and other Graphics and Logos web sites shall be governed by and subject to the Graphics and Logos Terms of Use posted on the sites. Dealers agree to abide by all posted Graphics and Logos Terms of Use.

TERMINATION OF PROGRAM/PARTICIPATION

Graphics and Logos may terminate the Dealer Program at any time. In addition, either Graphics and Logos or Dealer may terminate Dealer’s participation in the Program at any time and for any reason.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER GRAPHICS AND LOGOS OR ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, OR THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER OR NOT THE PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE DEALER PROGRAM, THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE DEALER SITE, OR THE FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS THAT ARE ORDERED FROM THE DEALER SITE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING FROM MISTAKE, OMISSION, VIRUS, DELAY, OR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE.

SET UP FEE

There is a one-time non-refundable $50.00 set up fee to become a registered Graphics and Logos Dealer. This fee will be charged to the Dealer’s credit or debit card. Once the access to the Dealer site has been provided, the set up service is complete.

MISCELLANEOUS

A Dealer’s participation in the Dealer Program shall not imply or create any employment agreement, partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between Graphics and Logos and the Dealer and Dealer shall have no power to obligate or bind Graphics and Logos in any manner whatsoever.

If any of these terms and conditions are declared by any court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, void or unenforceable, all other terms shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.

Graphics and Logos Limited is based in Newark, NJ and all transactions take place on Graphics and Logos servers located in NJ. Issues related to the protection, infringement, or misuse of copyrighted materials shall be governed by the copyright laws of the United States of America. All other matters relating to Dealer’s participation in the Dealer Program or access to or use of Dealer Site or any other Graphics and Logos site shall be governed by the laws of USA. Any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising from the Dealer Program or access to or use of the Dealer Site or any other Graphics and Logos site shall be instituted in Newark,NJ. Dealers agree to submit to the jurisdiction of NJ courts and agree that venue in these courts is proper in any such legal action or proceeding.

These terms and conditions, together with the Graphics and Logos Terms of Use, constitute all of the terms and agreements relating to Dealer’s participation in the Dealer Program.
